New Chatbot for the Admin
For a faster and more convenient way to find the answers to your questions and find what you need, we implemented a chat option in your admin. You’ll see it when you log in to the admin on the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
New Stock Status Severity Feature in Admin
If you have private labels, you know how challenging it can be to keep up with reordering. We’re here to make it easier with our new Stock Status Severity feature in the admin.
New Daily Stock Notifications
For private labels shipped from us, we give you daily notifications for stock updates when your stock is getting low for as little delays in shipping to your patients or clients as possible.
New Notification Features for Backordered Products
If there is a product on backorder, we give your patients and customers the option to be notified when items return back in stock.
